1. Our Promise
At Two Touch Football Coaching, we promise that all our staff will be fully qualified, having completed a full FA certified DBS check where required, and undergone emergency first aid training as a minimum. We hold all the relevant insurances required to operate and are happy to share them with you at any point. We guarantee that no two children will have the same development plan, and each child and carer will receive regular feedback on their progress throughout the sessions.
2. Payment
All payments must be made at the time o.f booking. If a deposit is paid, the remainder of the balance should be paid 1 month prior to the booking in question, for example, if you have booked a birthday party you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit at the point of booking then the balance the month prior to your booking, if the final balance isn’t cleared by the agreed date we reserve the right to forfeit your deposit.
3. Cancellations
· Two Touch Football Coaching reserves the right to cancel sessions up to 24 hours in advance. In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or the choice to reschedule their session.
· In the event of severe weather, sessions may be cancelled with as little as an hours notice. Customers will receive a voucher code to rebook at their convenience.
· All online bookings are nonrefundable and not exchangeable.
· Group sessions booked and not attended will be forfeited, we do not offer the possibility to roll these bookings on unless we cancel the sessions ourselves.

4. Session times
Session times are agreed in advance and cannot be changed unless in line with our cancellation policy. It is the client's responsibility to arrive in good time for their session. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
5. Liability
By participating in TTFC sessions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved in playing football and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the session. You also acknowledge that the coach is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the coach/trainer from any and all claims, suits, or actions arising from your participation in the session.
6. GDPR
We are committed to ensuring that all personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you agree to the terms of our GDPR Data Protection Policy
7. Safeguarding
At TTFC we are committed to the safety of all children and vulnerable adults in accordance with our safeguarding policy and in line with the FA’s safeguarding policies

9. Widewell Primary School
When visiting us at Widewell primary school we would ask you abide by the following site terms and
conditions,

No parking is permitted on site or in front of any entrance.

Metal studs are not permitted on the Astro MUGA pitch.
-
High heels are not permitted on the Astro MUGA pitch.

The site is a completely nonsmoking site (this includes vapes).

No food is to be consumed on the Astro pitch under any circumstances.
-
The whole site is a nut free premises and as such no nuts should be onto the site.

School facilities are not available during sessions unless stipulated beforehand.
10. Equipment
TTFC does not provide equipment such as goalkeeper gloves, football boots, or shinpads. If you’re unsure about the necessary equipment for your child’s session, please contact us before attending. It’s essential to arrive prepared with the proper gear. Participants without the correct equipment, including shinpads or appropriate footwear, may be denied entry to group sessions. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Monthly/Weekly/Biweekly Subscriptions
1. Subscription Details:

All subscriptions are to be paid for by direct debit via our trusted payment partner Gocardless.
4. Session Booking:
· Sessions are booked and agreed upon at the commencement of the subscription.
· If you would like to make changes to the time or day of your sessions you are required to give two touch football coaching a minimum of 1 week's notice,
5. Session cancellations and refunds.
· TTFC reserves the right to cancel sessions based on our cancellation conditions.
· If you are unable to attend a session and can give us 48 hours notice (excluding group sessions) we will offer you a voucher to rebook at a alternative date and time that suits you (limited to our current availability)
· In the case of a 3-2-1 or 2-2-1 session we only offer a voucher if all players are unavailable for a session and give the relevant notice.
· Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will give up their booking and their payment.
· We understand that families need a break so we are introducing a payment holiday this enables you to take 2 weeks a year away from your subscription to do so you just need to provide us with a 2 weeks notice and we will pause your payments for up to 2 weeks and keep your spot reserved for when you return. These can be taken either as single weeks or as a 2-week block.
· 2-2-1 or 3-2-1 sessions have the choice to convert to a 1-2-1 session or a 2-2-1 session when the other subscriber is on their payment holiday at an added cost.

5. Cancellation of Subscription:

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by cancelling their payment.

No refunds will be issued for unused subscription benefits prior or post cancelation.
6. Cancellation by TTFC:

TTFC reserves the right to cancel any member's subscription at any point without prior notice if a player does not abide by our standard terms and conditions, should this happen, no refund will be issued.
GDPR DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This GDPR Data Protection Policy outlines the measures taken by our organization to protect client data. We are committed to ensuring that all personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data Collection and Processing
We will only collect and process personal data that is necessary for the provision of our services. We will ensure that all personal data is collected and processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner.
2. Data Storage and Retention
We will store personal data securely and for no longer than is necessary. We will ensure that all personal data is protected against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
3. Data Access and Sharing
We will only share personal data with third parties where it is necessary for the provision of our services. We will ensure that all third parties are GDPR compliant and have appropriate data protection measures in place.
4. Data Subject Rights
We will respect the rights of data subjects under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of their personal data.
5. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. We will also notify affected data subjects where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
6. Staff Training and Awareness
We will ensure that all staff members are trained on GDPR compliance and are aware of their responsibilities under the GDPR.
7. Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing GDPR compliance and ensuring that all personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

SAFEGUARDING POLICY
TTFC acknowledges its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person who has been entrusted to its care and is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all
members. A child or young person is anyone under the age of 18 engaged in any club football activity. We subscribe to The Football Association’s (The FA) Safeguarding Children – Policy and Procedures and endorse and adopt the Policy Statement contained in that document.
The key principles of The FA Safeguarding Children Policy are that:

the child’s welfare is, and must always be, the paramount consideration

all children and young people have a right to be protected from abuse regardless of their age, gender, disability, race, sexual orientation, faith or belief

all suspicions and allegations of abuse will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately

working in partnership with other organisations, children and young people and their parents/carers is essential.
We acknowledge that every child or young person who plays or participates in football should be able to take part in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from poor practice and abuse.
TTFC has a role to play in safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people by protecting them from physical, sexual or emotional harm and from neglect or bullying.
We endorse and adopt The FA’s Responsible Recruitment guidelines for recruiting volunteers and employees we will:

specify what the role is and what tasks it involves

request identification documents

Hold a face-to-face interview with all applicants
-
ask for references before appointing someone.

where eligible require an FA accepted Enhanced Criminal Record Check (CRC) with Barring List Check in line with current FA policy and regulations.
No individual that has not completed the above steps and received a clean DBS will be permitted to work with a child or venerable individual.
TTFC supports The FA’s Whistle Blowing Policy. Any adult or young person with concerns about an adult in a position of trust with football can ‘whistle blow’ by contacting The FA Safeguarding Team on 0800 169 1863, by writing to The FA Case Manager at The Football Association, Wembley Stadium, PO Box 1966, London SW1P 9EQ,
by emailing Safeguarding@TheFA.com or alternatively by going direct to the Police, Children’s Social Care or the NSPCC.
TTFC encourages everyone to know about The FA’s Whistle Blowing Policy and to utilise it if necessary.
Photography and Social Media Policy
Purpose This policy outlines the guidelines for photography and social media usage by Two Touch Football Coaching. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all photography and social media activities are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
Ownership All photographs and videos taken by Two Touch Football Coaching will be the property of Two Touch Football Coaching. These photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website, and print materials.
Consent By participating in our sessions you are consenting to us taking photographs or videos of them. Consent can be withdrawn at any point by contacting us via email info@twotouchfootballcoaching.com
GDPR Compliance All photographs and videos will be processed in line with Two Touch Football Coaching’s GDPR policy, ensuring that photographs and videos are stored securely, and that they are only used for the purposes for which they were collected.
Social Media Two Touch Football Coaching will use social media to promote its services and achievements. All social media activities will be conducted in a professional and ethical manner. Two Touch Football Coaching will not tolerate any inappropriate or offensive content on its social media channels.
Enforcement Any breach of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action.

While coaching with any of our third party (self employed) coaches they may request to take photos or videos to promote their own services this is at the discretion of the player or responsible guardian, Two Touch Football Coaching does not take responsibility for this data or its uses and this should be discussed with the coach before permission is given.

By participating in Two Touch Football Coaching (TTFC) sessions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved in playing football and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the session. You also acknowledge that TTFC is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the coach/trainer from any and all claims, suits, or actions arising from your participation in the session. You also agree to follow the instructions of the coach and to inform them of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate in the session. By participating in the session, you agree to our terms and conditions and the terms of this disclaimer.
